Exhibition «Change of Scenery» - these are reflections on the themes of creative inspiration
and deconstruction of the visual experience
Polina Shutova draws inspiration in images of classical and ancient architecture, collected from her travels around the world.
In the series of works presented at the exhibition, the artist sought to reflect her impressions of traveling through the cities of ancient Europe: Rome, Florence, Bologna, Porto, and Coimbra.
The result is a collective architectural image based on the organizational principle of classical architectural composition, with its arches, columns, and the interplay of horizontals and verticals.
Dmitry Gusar explores reality through the prism of imagination. He creates bright abstract works and new forms, giving preference to decorative and applied techniques.
His works are filled with color, graphic lines, and unique allusions to the real world.
The works presented at the exhibition are events, emotions, and impressions from travels, captured in art objects, as well as the artist's personal dialogue with himself through an exploration of the process of perceiving reality.
The since'22 Ceramics series is an imaginary journey through the homes of creative persons.
This intuitive ceramics is based on an inner sense of inspiration and freedom of expression, where images are born during the process of creation.
Each piece in the exhibition is created in accordance with the above principle and dedicated to a particular artist or writer and their creative legacy.
This is a fantasy and a search for new forms and images, inspired by the theme of architectural structures.
